Navigation QA for homepage, features, pricing, docs, security, contact and auth pages.

Incident contacts

Validated support, security, privacy and escalation addresses with owner coverage.

Run a 30-minute readiness review every business day during launch week.

Review blockers first, then assign owners and due dates for all open items.

Require evidence before moving any item to done.

Record go/no-go decision, timestamp and decision owner.
