Acceptable Use Policy

Baseline rules for all TurboFinOps users, API clients and integrated workflows. Incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service.

Permitted use

Use TurboFinOps only for lawful business operations, with credentials and cloud scopes you are explicitly authorized to manage. You remain responsible for actions executed with your organization credentials.

Prohibited use

  • Attempting to access cloud environments you do not own or are not authorized to manage.
  • Using TurboFinOps automation to execute destructive actions outside approved organizational policy.
  • Abusing APIs through scraping, credential stuffing, denial-of-service behavior, or rate-limit evasion.
  • Introducing malware, malicious scripts, or payloads intended to compromise platform integrity.
  • Reverse engineering or probing platform vulnerabilities outside coordinated disclosure channels.
  • Using the service for unlawful surveillance, sanctions evasion, or activity prohibited by applicable law.

Enforcement and response

If we detect behavior that violates this policy, we may apply temporary safeguards including request throttling, account suspension, token revocation, and investigation hold.

For severe violations (for example, unauthorized access attempts or malicious activity), we may terminate access immediately and, where legally required, notify relevant authorities.
